Synopsis
61 patients scheduled for uncemented total knee arthroplasty were randomized to a novel tibial tray with a porous titanium surface (Vangaurd Regenerex; Zimmer Biomet), or to a tibial tray with porous plasma spray (PPS) surface (Vanguard PPS; Zimmer Biomet). Patients were assessed for component translation and rotation over a 24-month follow-up. No significant difference between groups was observed...
