Eighty adult patients suffering from facet joint pain due to degenerative spondylolisthesis were randomly assigned to pulsed radiotherapy (PRF) or standard steroid injection to compare the following outcome measures: pain relief, functional status, patient satisfaction, and total analgesic dosage.
