Synopsis
93 younger patients (ie <55 years) undergoing primary total knee arthroplasty were randomized to either cemented or cementless fixation of the tibial component. In cementless fixation, screw augmentation was used. Patients were followed for an average of 7 years postoperatively for clinical and radiological outcome.
