Synopsis

Eleven randomized controlled trials (n=1053) comparing uncemented and cemented total knee replacements (TKR) were included in this analysis. Due to a large amount of heterogeneity amongst studies, the data was not poolable. Generally speaking, this review found that there was no difference in clinical outcomes between cemented and uncemented TKR at numerous follow-up time points (range 1-10 years)...
