Synopsis
60 patients were randomized to receive treatment for thumb carpometacarpal (CMC) osteoarthritis (OA) with a radial nerve slider technique or a sham treatment of sub-therapeutic ultrasound, in order to measure the effects on pain sensitivity in the unaffected hand.
