116 patients undergoing ACL reconstruction with a quadruple semitendinosus-gracilis (STG) graft, were randomized to either one of three adjunctive femoral tunnel intervention groups; platelet concentrate(PC), bone plug(BP), platelet concentrate and bone plug or a control group with no adjunctive intervention.
