Synopsis
156 patients with Dupuytren contracture of the metacarpophalangeal joint, with or without proximal interphalangeal joint involvement, were randomized to treatment with either collagenase Clostridium histolyticum (CCH) injection or percutaneous needle fasciotomy (PNF).
