Synopsis

109 patients with chronic low back pain of greater than 3 months of duration were randomized to different exercise regimens. The study aimed to compare the effects of motor control exercises, sling exercises, or general exercises. At 1 year follow up, similar outcomes were seen in terms of pain, disability, trunk flexibility, and fear-avoidance between all three exercise types.
