Synopsis
20 patients with Outerbridge grade II-III cartilage lesions of the femoral condyle were included in this study. All patients were scheduled to undergo arthroscopic microfracture and were randomized to receive or not receive intra-articular platelet-rich plasma injections postoperatively.
