78 patients with medial knee osteoarthritis (OA) who had completed a 12-week physiotherapist-supervised exercise trial were randomized to either receive two 30-minute physiotherapy booster sessions or no sessions for the consecutive 24 weeks, with all patients instructed to continue home exercises 4 times weekly.
