40 healthy volunteers randomized to no ankle taping group or to an intervention group with ankle taping to study the effects of ankle taping on joint position sense (JPS). They were asked to reproduce four different ankle positions: 10 degrees of dorsiflexion, neutral, 10 degrees and 20 degrees of plantarflexion.
