Synopsis
80 adult patients with a primary ACL rupture were randomized to receive single- or double-bundle anatomic ACL reconstruction, with the purpose of comparing knee stability between treatment groups. Approximately 12 months post-operation, clinical scores improved but did not significantly differ between groups.
