Synopsis
40 patients suffering from hand osteoarthritis (OA) participated in this study to determine the combined efficacy of paraffin and a topical analgesic. Patients underwent 4 weeks of treatment with ParaSpa Premier Paraffin or a mixture of 80% ParaSpa Premier Paraffin and 20% Jointritis.
