Synopsis
58 patients over the age of 18, with mild-moderate OA of the knee, were placed into a cross-over study testing the effects of tart cherry juice on knee OA. Participants were advised to drink two 8oz bottles (of either placebo or tart cherry juice) every day (1 in the morning, 1 in the evening), for 6 weeks.
