Synopsis
32 patients with osteochondral lesions of the talus, that were unresponsive to other non-operative treatment modalities, were randomized to injections with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) using a plasma rich in growth factors technique (PRGF) or hyaluronic acid (HA).
