Synopsis
87 patients suffering from degenerative disc disease, managed with lumbar spinal fusion, were randomized to rehabilitation treatment using the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) semi-structured interview to structure therapy or standard therapy. The use of the COPM led to an increased identification of activities of daily living (ADL) problems, rehabilitation goals, and action plans....
