Synopsis
Sixty patients with chronic neck pain were randomized to either the dry needling arm (n=32) or the sham dry needling arm (n=28). The primary outcome of this trial was to determine the local shear wave speed and Young's modulus, and pain pressure threshold. No secondary outcomes were recorded for this study.
