Synopsis

Twenty patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia were randomized to receive 6 weeks of high-frequency neuro-navigated repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) treatment (n=10) or sham treatment (n=10) for the improvement of pain.
