Synopsis
Sixty-four patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis were randomized to receive a biportal endoscopic or microscopic lumbar decompressive laminectomy. The primary outcome of interest was Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) scores at 12 months post-operation.
