Synopsis
102 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were randomized to receive either an ultrasound-guided or landmark-based corticosteroid injection. Outcomes of interest included the Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionnaire (BCTQ) Symptom and Function scores, grip strength, rate of surgical treatment following injection, and adverse events.
