Synopsis
254 patients with symptomatic lumbar spinal stenosis were randomized to undergo decompression with or without interlaminar stabilization with the coflex ILS device (Paradigm Spine). The primary outcome was a composite endpoint of clinical success over a 2-year follow-up.
